Terms Account

  1. Transaction Execution & The Billing Escalation Matrix (3/6 Policy): Most directory placement services operate on a professional B2B "Buy First, Pay Later" infrastructure framework. When you authorize a transaction, you formally execute a commercial purchase order and will immediately receive an Invoice with a strict payment term bound to the specified due_date.

To safeguard the operational integrity of the collective network, your directory listings, organizational profiles, and organic landmarks are subject to a automated, real-time credit-and-publication evaluation based on your account's outstanding balances:
    • Phase 1 (Clear Account): Accounts with fewer than three (3) unpaid, overdue listing invoices will have their newly registered enterprises published instantly live on the regional map layer.
    • Phase 2 (Operational Alert & Suspension): If your account accumulates between three (3) and five (5) unpaid invoices past their due date, any new enterprise registrations will be successfully generated in the database but will remain strictly unpublished and hidden (IsPublished = 0) until full administrative or automated settlement is processed. Furthermore, existing live organizations associated with your account may be dynamically masked from matchmaking indexes and search queries.
    • Phase 3 (Critical Revocation & Hard Stop): Upon reaching six (6) or more unpaid, past-due listing invoices, your authority to deploy new organization footprints is completely revoked. The system enforces an immediate block, denying database access and hard-redirecting the transaction flow to the central ledger settlement dashboard (myinvoices.aspx).

If an invoice has been administratively marked as deduced due to prior payment failures or profile restrictions, the "Buy First, Pay Later" privilege is immediately suspended. Such accounts are permanently restricted to advanced-payment workflows, meaning all future enterprises will stay entirely hidden from public view until the respective balance is cleared and validated by an administrator.
  2. Most of our services are based on Buy First, Pay later. If you agree to commit to a transaction, based on our terms, you will receive an Invoice that you have to pay before its due date. If you fail to transfer money, the system will adjust your credits limiting your actions, and further actions may be taken based on your debt.
  3. If you wish to make a public contribution in the form of an Update, make sure the associated topic is relevant. This will ensure data integrity.
  4. CrownKnowledge periodically updates knowledge clusters where your hash tags are maintained.
  5. If you decide to assess an Update by someone else make sure that your assessment is grounded and truthful according to your interpretation and best intentions.
  6. Every registered user gains Expert Pages where he or she can define services and / or publications. Each associated Expert Page (at least one), can be designated as 'published' or 'unpublished' by the user. Content of unpublished Expert Pages is not visible on related pages.
  7. If you decide to maintain an Expert Page of Services and / or Publications, which you designated as published, make sure to link each individual service with one or more predefined topics, which you have to add first. Also, make sure that these topics are relevant based on their meaning.
  8. Use hash tags to characterize the type of service your provide or publication you made. This is not mandatory.
  9. If you add a service to your Expert Page, it is highly recommendeable to include the unique value proposition as well. That way you can differentiate better from competition.
  10. If you wish to make your Update public you can check 'Share on Public Timeline'. Public Updates are displayed on the Public Timeline.
  11. If you registered an account you can always upgrade to a premium account.
  12. The shared interests on this community platform are reflected by Tribes. Tribes are communities around a central theme covering specific hash tags. When Updates have hash tags in common with Tribes they will become part of the Tribe's feed. Depending on followers (including the Tribe creator) the feed related to a Tribe will appear on private Timelines.
  13. If you wish to create a new Tribe based on your personal interests you have the possibility to do so. In that case you accept that any other user may join your Tribe, and thereby gain access to its feed, and that you can not control who follows or unfollows your Tribe. In other words, you accept that you are not an administrator in terms of user management for your Tribe(s).
  14. You have the right to delete your Updates and Videocomments.
  15. You can edit Updates and Videocomments.
